Beautiful deep red color with a hint of purple. Delicate nose, complex and subtle blend of mashed strawberry, raspberry, with spicy notes of cinnamon and chocolate preceded by roasted aromas. In the mouth, a rare elegance, intoxicating and soft. Full and melted tannins.

vinification

70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre. The natural yeast present on the grapes sets off the fermentation process of converting the sugar into alcohol. pumping the juice from bottom of the vat and running it from the top - and délestage, which means the removal of the must from the vats and pouring it over the cap a few hours later. The fermentation process raises the temperature which is regulated by the team in order to preserve the whole of the flavours and quality of the grapes. This stage lasts 10 - 25 days. Ninety-five percent of the wines are matured in vats to conserve the richness of the fruit, and only 5% are matured in barrels.
