Finca Rodma - (Spain)

Finca Rodma logo

Finca Rodma is a young (founded in 2019) and ambitious family project from the Martín Rodríguez family that guarantees the highest quality standards in the region. With an iconic neighbour of Vega Sicilia, which its vineyards join, it can fall back on one of the very best terroirs in the region. A variety of soils situated between 650m and 900m altitude means that it can benefit from the best possible conditions to produce one of the very best wines in the region and, by extension, in the whole of Spain. The vineyards belong to, what is called in Ribera "The golden Mile", the very best soils of the appellation. The modern Finca was placed in the middle of the vineyards and was built and designed according to the most modern requirements with minimal impact on environment and climate. Gravity is used in production and the energy consumed is completely self-sustaining. They represent a modern and contemporary style where the fruit and the wine itself are central. Noble wood aging gives the wine structure and class but is completely secondary to the wine itself. Antonio Nieto, the winemaker, therefore goes for only the highest quality.
