2021 Casina Bric 460 Ansi Bianco DOC Langhe Arneis 0.75 Ltr. Bianco
picture of

Bright light yellow color. Seductive and slightly exotic nose with impressions of citrus, yellow apples and ripe pears accompanied by notes of chamomile, anise and white pepper. wonderfully balanced combination of minerals and fats. The taste is full and round and lasts for a long time. These properties also mean that it can withstand the test of time quite well for a white wine.

This elegant style also deserves fine dishes such as Carpaccio of scallops, king prawns or other shellfish, white fish without heavy sauce, vegetarian appetizers or dishes and soft goat cheese.

climate

The proximity of the Alps and the Dolomites determine the weather and ensure cold winters with sufficient precipitation. The proximity of the Mediterranean makes the summers hot and dry with cooling during the night. The high vineyards provide even more ventilation and cooling.

soil

The vineyards are among the highest in Barolo. A variation of sandy soils with a high clay and loam content (Sant'Agata marl) and poor sandy, porous soils with fossil elements. (Diano Sandstone)

vinification

Arneis and Favorita. The grapes are picked by hand and kept in the fridge for a few days before the low temperature fermentation begins. The Arneis first stays on its Lie for 6 months with regular battonage in cement vats. The Favorita undergoes a classic fermentation in stainless steel. The wine is then blended and bottled.
