Deep, vibrant garnet red color. Nice toasty aroma with lots of black currants accompanied by notions of herbs and mint. On the palate it is lush and rich in taste and has an enviable structure. The final is long and balanced.
Delicious with grilled or roasted meat, game such as wild boar, partridge and duck breast, but also with grilled squid and salted dried fish.
