On the palate, its spicy character comes through a bit more, but it remains primarily fresh and fruity. The finish is medium-long, confirming its elegant and balanced qualities.
Delicious with delicate meat dishes such as poultry (roasted pigeon or smoked duck), pork and veal, but also a fine piece of lamb is definitely enjoyable. For enthusiasts: paired with pan-seared foie gras with apples, it's a true delicacy.
